Seattle Craftsman Renovation Series

Part 3 : Dining Room

This was definitely one of the biggest transformations of this project! We opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room which made such a huge difference in the way the home lived and felt. We did extensive support bracing in the ceiling, added new windows, refinished the original oak flooring, added a chandelier, and had a custom cold air return vent made out of cast aluminum.
