We helped our dear friends purchase this beautiful vacation home - despite having just about every unforeseen hurdle in the book, we still managed to close two weeks early. It was a white knuckle ride from the start - an ailing seller that ended up in hospice mid sale, a forest fire very close to the home that started from 4th of July fireworks, multiple offers to compete with initially, to one of the largest banks in the country </span><span style="color: rgb(5, 5, 5);font-size: 15px"><a></a></span><span style="color: rgb(5, 5, 5);font-size: 15px">closing in record time. We saw it all! So happy and excited for our clients to have years of great memories and family trips ahead of them! </span>​<br></p>

This is a sad story of an elderly client of ours. He stopped checking on his rental, and his tenants ended up destroying the property in short order. Thankfully, we were able to sell this quickly off market to one of our developer clients, but let this be a lesson!
