Seattle Craftsman Renovation Series

Part 2 : Living Room

We decided to keep many of the original finishings in this cozy living room! We removed the lath & plaster and put in drywall, added can lighting in the ceiling, refinished & lightly stained the beautiful original oak flooring, and replaced the fireplace surround & hearth with a slab of Calacatta Quartz. Our goal was to keep the original feel but add in some modern touches!
