We ripped the carpet out and discovered beautiful 100 year old fir flooring in all the bedrooms, and of course refinished them! We opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room which made such a huge difference in the way the home lived and felt. Couldn’t be more excited for one of our investor clients who is officially under contract on this cash flowing 17 unit building in Lynnwood! This is a sad story of an elderly client of ours. He stopped checking on his rental, and his tenants ended up destroying the property in short order.
