Just Closed!

​Another closed! This was a special transaction for us - an elderly couple owned this home for more than 40 years as a rental. Their last tenant did an estimated $50k+ in damage to the house during their 4 year tenancy.... The sellers didn't have the money to fix it and re-rent it, nor did they have the money to get it in good enough condition to list it for sale to the public and get a decent price. We have a large list of over 100 developers that build in the Greater Seattle area, and we were able to market it directly to that list, find a buyer and sell this off-market as a development site. We represented both parties in the sale, saving the sellers a large chunk of money in sales costs, and all the headache as well. This one felt especially good to get sold!
