Thrilled to announce our first official closing as a team! Pricing and staging matter! (Thanks @mckith_interiors) We received multiple offers after 48hrs on market and negotiated an above-list price offer without contingencies for our sellers. On a personal note, this transaction was extremely rewarding for us. One of our clients is a veteran, and by using his VA benefit when he originally purchased this property in 2020 he was able to put zero money down, which means as a family they made over 500k in equity over three years! They then took the money from the sale and used it to buy their parent's a home so they would be set up for retirement.
