It was a great experience and we got an excellent house at a good price...exactly something that met our requirements. Greg did an incredibly fantastic job. He is a person of uniquely distinctive qualities of high integrity, thoughtful diligence and excellent customer care. We saw many properties over a period of more than a year. We were in town off and on. At times Greg managed video tours for us when we were away, and in person tours when we were in town. Greg’s views on properties were always honest, informative and candid. Working with Greg was a pleasure and delight. We made four offers...fourth one being successful. We never ever felt the slightest bit of pressure. And if there was any issue we missed with the house, Greg identified it to us irrespective of the fact that it may kill the deal. It is worth mentioning that on one house we were prepared to sign an offer when Greg identified to us that a portion of that house which was built later, while has permit, never got the final inspection from the city. We dropped making that offer. Having retained many real estate agents to buy and sell houses over past three decades, I can say without any hesitation that Greg Davitte is the absolute best of those that are out there. I can’t recommend Max highly enough. My husband and I owned our duplex for over 25 years, so when we decided to sell, the market had changed quite a bit.
